Optic neuritis
My brother is not able to see due to sudden vision loss last year. Retinitis pigmentosa was suggested by PGI chandigarh. And there is no solution available. Please tell if it is curable.

Retinitis pigmentosa is unfortunately not curable. There have been multiple trials (drugs and stem cells) but none have been found to stop its progression. If the vision is too low he can benefit from low vision aids
