Open pores, acne and white heads

I have acnes and whiteheads and open pores issues. Which makes my skin uneven. Pimples just go and comes but i have small whiteheads which never goes. This is the problem i have been facing since last one year

Greetings! The whiteheads that you are referring to could also be milia which has to be extracted in the opd. They don't heal with creams.
