One side cheek is fat than other
Right side cheek is fat than other.. it makes my face look ugly .. photos look bad but in mirror its kind of fine..
And i feel that inside of my cheek is also fat than other side.
But i have pain in my left ear.. and i got my wisdom tooth extracted from that-side 1 year back and had a severe surgery as tooth was tilted ..
On left I even feel like i have a small lump or bump under my tongue/or near salivary gland that was treated by medication 2-3 years back.. but again I'm feeling it since 6-7 months and it kind of irritates me while swallowing
