I have recurring fungal infection in inner thigh.. taking 100mg itraconzole twice a day and livafin cream.. after couple days it went very inflamed and red.. I went pharmacy they were out of livafin so gave me sertanconzole nitrate cream..onabet..I am using it and it gives me relief.. I wanna know is it a steroidal cream..which can make it even worse later and switch back to livafin.. or should I continue it..

It depends on the severity...Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
