On side of my face getting black & life side of my near by my cheeks I have like pimples more then 4 years I have consultedbmany doctors but not use. I am attaching my face pictures & one of  scan of pimples picture ( one of the doctor sent to me) Please give me a suggestion. Thanks Mubarak Basha A

Yes..it's cystic acne..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
