On and off Dry eyes
Hello.i m suffering from on and off dry eyes.i m student and i have to read continuously..plz suggest what to do..i m using tear drop hydroxypropyl methylcellulose..and omega 3 fatty acid tablet.wat precaution should i take sothat my problm gets solved soon and i wont get this complaint again and again.thnks!

Dry eyes is one of the commonest symptoms nowadays due to low humidity caused by air conditioners and less blinking of Eye lids...Kindly go through the OSDI scoring, easily downloaded from internet to asses your severity of symptoms. Try to increase your frequency of blinking and avoid sitting in front of Air conditioners or table fans etc.
