Oily skin & scalpdryhair
I am having oily skin and some pimples are there. also having oliy scalp and dry hair & lot of hair fall.

Other than the fact that your skin is oily(because of which you have acne) I don't see you've disclosed any parameters. There is no blanket treatment for complaints. One thing I can tell you is that even at 31 of you have acne then it's not a very good sign. Ideally acne (in its normal course) settles down before 20's . If it extends beyond that then it means you need to find out why. The most common reason today is unhealthy lifestyle. So 1. Visit a dermatologist 2.start modifying your lifestyle.
