Oily skin and dull skin

Hello mam,I have oily skin and dull skin...in sunlight my face looks so dull,lifeless, without any glow and oily....I am only 23...I just want my face to look good.....sir please recommend me some medicines so that I can get glow on my face...sir applying some cream on my face is not a easy task for me ..it will be more helpful for me if u prescribe me some oral medicines.
