Oily scalp, hairfall
I have a problem of an extremely oily scalp with some sticky yellowish kind of dandruff/skin which accumulates in your finger nail when you scratch/rub the scalp. Sometimes it is like a small pimple and feels itchy resulting in scabs. I also noticed a similar in beard area as well as on the back. No matter which shampoo I use the scalp/forehead becomes oily by evening and feels very bad. Because of this I have to shampoo everyday otherwise looks very bad and this causes hair to become weak. Looking for a doctor who can diagnose this issue

Greetings!! From your history, the most probable diagnosis is seborrheic dermatitis. It is a type of severe dandruff. The best course of management would be oral antifungals and similar shampoos. Steroids are also required in certain cases where there is inflammation(redness).
