Can I use olive oil for massage on winter. I am scared if he catches cold. Please advise. Also advise if I can give him hot water bath in winter.

Yes definitely You can warm the oil a little and then massage You should daily bathe your baby with warm water Unless he is having cold when you can mop him with a warm wet towel
