Was getting cramps reports gave low levels of Vita B12,VitD3.So right now neuro gave REJUNEX-CD3,lupirtin .The rejunex is 45days night time course is giving odd smelly urine next day morning.Is it normal for this smell,how to increase vit D,B12 with less exposure to sun. Can't eat red meat as it gives lot of heat.
