I get stick to some thought and not able to overcome it than.i have to encounter this everyday and can't avoid facing it.i get that thought whenever i face has prescribe me medicine and asked me to go for a psychotherapy.can't it be done on my own?self psychotherapy? Is there any way that i can help myself

for self psychotherapy you must understand the concept of ocd and the cognitions behind it. Once you are aware of that we can try self psychotherapy.
