OCD & Anxiety Disorder
I have been diagnosed with OCD and Social Anxiety. I have been taking Fludac 20 mg, Sulphitec 50 mg, Lonazap MD 0.25, Fluvoxin CR 100 for the last 4-5 months. My condition has improved significantly. Do I have to take these medications for lifetime? When can I stop the medication? Please guide. Best Regards

Hi..it is good to hear that you have been doing well.As OCD is associated with exacerbations n remissions it is advisable to continue treatment for at least the next 5 yrs..in many it needs to be taken for a lifetime. There is no clear consensus.
