Ocd and schizophrenia
I am under medication sulphitac 200mg twice daily and fluvoxin 50mg at night . I am feeling very lethargic and sleepy all the time.

We should consider two things
1) lethargy and sleepy because of illness
2 ) because of medication
If it’s because of medication ( change in dose ) might help .
If it’s because of illness , then u should engage more in social and physical activities .
