The word severe anxiety, I am interpretating as severe and intense level tension. Which is a common feature of OCD followed by the exposure of distressing thinking, object or situation. Took psychotherapy (CBT) along with medication. Consult nearest Clinical Psychologist to or book online session appointment on https://mentalhealth3735.setmore.com
