Occasional Mild pain in chest
Have occasion mild chest pain and pain in left arm as well for last few days took ecg doctor said ecg is normal however in ecg it is said as abnormal t wave inversion Attached ecg here with

Ur ecg is normal apart from non specific t inversions. If you are persistently symptomatic, get echo and tmt done.

Your ECG is showing ST T changes.  Get an  ECHO done and consult with Cardiologist .
