Obesity treatment
Doing diet & brisk walking or exercise cant help me to loose weight in a faster way. I need optimal & faster result with this diet & physicsl exercise. Lack of energy & too much weight is my problem.. i nees to loose weight as soon as possible. I m 40 kgs overweight. My age is 21 & i m a married girl.. my present weight is 100 kgs. My height is 5.5. My bmi shows i m a obese person. I need doctors help. Please suggest me some medicine which have minimum side effects but optimal result. I want to take it for short period like 1-2 month with my normal diet & physical exercise & brisk walk.. so please tell me some medicine is usefull for me.

Hi, There is no short route to weightloss.Medications have adverse side effects and not advisable. Eat small frequent meals atleast every 2.5 to 3 hrs.Increase intake of fruits and vegetables atleast 3 fruits and 5 vegetables a day.Drink 8-10 glasses of water.Sleep atleast 8hrs in the night.Include fiber rich foods and avoid processed products.Reduce carbs abd increase protein intake.Exercise for atleast 1hr in a day.You can contact inperson for a
