You are a very young woman it's still a long way to go, lazy jobs are in the mind. You weight for height certainly calls for a strict physical exercise and disciplined diet schedule. Secondly It jobs meaning sitting job more u sit more u gain calories. So have a walk for 5 to min e ery 1 hrs of desk work set a reminder for the same. Drink plenty of water sleep before 11pm atleast for 7 hrs. Swimming twin e a week means u shld also eat twice a week isn't it. I like body derives energy from food we eat, it also craves for physical movement else it makes us heavy day by day. U shld have a regular fitness exercise plan.
