Obesity issues
I m 19 yrs old and height is aprox. 5'4 and my average weight is 85-88kgs. I want to loose weight . Someone please suggest me a good diet plan which will give effective result to let me loose 20kgs along with my daily half hour exercise routine.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
