Obesity and Thyroid
I am 30 years old, 102 kgs at 5 ft 5 in height. I have Hypothyroidism and taking Thyrox 100 1 tab everyday since past 2 years. Despite diet control and some exercise, I am unable to lose weight, due to which I am having difficulty in doing physical work, irregularity in menstruation, fatigue and mood swings. Please suggest how to lose weight scientifically.

Take kumaariasav two tsf twice a day during non bleeding days of periods. Take Ashokarista 2 tsf daily thrice all the 30 days of ur periods. Substitute vegetables,fruits,millets in ur diet daily. Continue exercise,yoga,walking.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Thyroid cannot be cured it can be prevented by diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. According to your height your ideal body weight should be 61 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink lot of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Hi, Lifestyle modification and intervention will help. Please follow a well balanced diet, Exercise, Meditation for destressing, Sound sleep for 7-8 hours. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast.
