We are 4 in family all of us are overweight we won't eat too much and we are not affordable to take highly nutritional food but we will eat sufficient every .Even we (our children won't take milk and we will just have a two cups of tea or coffee daily ) won't eat we are gaining weight day by day. We want to know why we are gaining to much weight?And some tips to be healthy and active . I request you plz help us

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
