Advantages : These are the best medications for ocd , significant reduction of the symptoms and quality of life improves . CBT alone will not work in severe ocd .
Disadvantages: might have sideeffects in few people which are mild like nausea , decrease in appetite, drowsiness in the initial few days . Some people might experience mild sexual disturbances which if persists u can report to the consulting psychiatrist.
