Numbness in feet while sleeping
Last two days i am feeling numbness in hands and feet while sleeping. It feels as if the whole body is freezed for a while and I wake up in between. I feel tremors also sometimes. This happened a few times earlier also. What may be the reason for this? Is it related to the sleeping dose taken some months back as I feel this problem after that only.
