Hi, this is Dr Hitin Mathur, orthopaedic surgeon at Fortis C Doc Hospital, New Delhi. From your symptoms it seems that you may be suffering from cervical spondylosis or even herpes zoster (viral infection of nerves). A good clinical examination of the areas of concern will help clinch the diagnosis. If you are a vegetarian, supplements of folic acid and vitamin B12 will help improve nerve conduction. You can see me or any orthopaedic surgeon in your area first for an examination to clinch the diagnosis before starting on any treatment.
