Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have NT ULTRASOUND today my wife age27 and it says " my NT Appears prominent measuring 3mm, FHR 152 bpm, we are extremely shocked when the Dr said your baby will be Downs syndrome, please please for God sake any advice from you guys, please
