NT scan and double marker
Is it really necessary to take double marker and NT scan tests? or it is just money business?.............

Hello, It is highly advisable to do double marker and NT scan tests as number of fetus with anomalies are very high and missing the diagnosis at an early stage can be difficult to manage at a later stage.

No it's not money business...Nuchal translucency (NT) scan sometimes called the early morphology scan between 11 and 13 weeks...it is done to rule out congenital syndromes like downs etc...if detected earlier necessary steps can be taken... Same applies to double marker test as well... Regards.
