Not giving satisfaction to my wife

I've been having a problem that from last some 5 years i am not able to give satisfaction to my wife in night. At the time of giving satisfaction i feel Fatigue & full body pain & becoming stress. As my body weight is 101 Kg. & Also one thing because of my body weight my penis is also becomes small . i cant feel that i have it. Please resolve my problem and do the needful.
