Not getting good sleep
Hi Dr, I normally sleep at 12.30 AM to 9.00 AM. Some time awake up in the morning I don't feel fresh, Some time little headache and feeling confusion in speaking familiar words in english. I don't have any speech problem. From couple of months I feel back irritation or discomfort. I sit in chair long hours. Please assist.

Sleep deprivation may cause some issues with short term memory and also in mood. However an underlying neurological issue should be ruled out as well. Once that is done, see a psychiatrist who will treat sleep deficit and underlying issues.

Even after good hrs of sleep,  if you are not feeling  fresh,  probably,  you are  not enthusiastic enough,  about your life. Or,  it could be even,  you do not have  learned place 's or goals about your future.!!!! Reflect on those areas.
Next Steps
If required,  seek a professional support to understand it better. Consult a psychologist.
