I am only 35kgs. I am too skinny. I am a hypothyroid patient and i take medicine regularly and hence it is under control. What should I do to gain weight? I am too slim and flat chested and it adversely effect even my confidence level. I don't have any other health issues. If you could suggest me a diet plan.

But these are some of the common guidelines that you can follow:
1. Include healthy fats from nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews and pistas and some dried fruits such as figs, dates.
2. Consume more of fermented milk products such as curd, buttermilk, cheese instead of milk, milkshakes, milk sweets.
3. Just ensure whether you have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism leads to drastic weight loss.
4. Eat balanced and healthy diet.
5. Lean meat, fish, eggs are good sources of protein too! So have those in adequate amounts ( if you are a non-vegetarian)
