I don’t feel hungry from about 15 days. But once I start eating I eat my regular diet. Is there anything to worry about?
I have a smoking habit also. But it was not effecting before.

Required history of ur daily routine life And medical history. Describe per day no of smoke. Due to smoking u eat less because u feel less hungry. Slowly slowly ur smoking will be increased and appetite Will be decreased. So keeping healthy start exercise, walk, yoga and fix ur time table of meal. Reduce ur smoking habits
