Sir i brought my mother to a physician on 26th due to high bp she was sitting on my bike without any support. bp was 210/100 at doctor he immediately gave nebula m and inzit 4.ecg and all blood test was normal. till evening she Was not able to stand self.do Then took her to a neurosurgeon he told that bp medicine may have reduced bp. Checked home it was 100/58. Then BP medicine was not given . At night when condition did not get better Then we went to the same neuro. His prescription is attached. Knowing everyone's name is also being recognized, but when she want to go from bathroom to room or from room to bathroom, she starts going     somewhere else. Since 2 days not improvement seems.
