Not becoming fat ?
I eat a lot of food. i am vegetarian..but I eat aleast a egg almost everyday...Also i used to consume some oily foods, and Chats like Gobi, burger etc..But after all i am unable to gain weight...:(...another problem is, oily foods affect my skin very fast...Please give a healthy veg plan for gaining weight...

Hi, Just eating egg or oily food will not help in putting on weight. Instead oily or fried items may cause acne, stomach upset or accumulation of bad fat. Intake of  balanced diet which includes proteins, vitamins, Carbohydrates etc is important pls Consult a dietician or an Ayurveda doctor a detailed diet chart. You can consult me at Keva Ayurveda
