Hello sir. My height is 5.6 and my weight is 70.5 approx. I am not able to reduce weight even after dieting and exercising. I do cycling almost 4 kms a day and half an hour walk . My most of the fat is deposited in thigh area and butt. Kindly suggest me something which can help me to achieve my ideal weight according to BMI.
