This ct shows that there is lt dns( deviated Nasal septum) and rt Inf turbinate hypertrophy There is sinusitis involving rt maxillary and mild ethmoiditis. It’s important to know what medication you took month back. The pain could be due to infection or neuralgia(septum pressing on nerve) So a detailed history is required Don’t have to go for ctscan so soon
