Dear ent specialist, one of nostrils is blocked at night to the side I sleep on, so if I sleep on the right the right nostril gets blocked and left side left one, so I usually wake up with a semi blocked nose, any suggestions?

The issue of lower nose getting blocked while sleeping is though to some degree normal but if bothersome then it could be related to a disorder called allergic rhinitis. Avoid nasal decongestant drops like otrivin as they are habit forming. Consult an ENT and also ask to rule out deviated nasal septum.
