Nose block

For a long time i have issues in my nose wherein one side i can breathe without problems
Other side i have half blockage

Took ct scan
The nose bone is bent and have swelling

Is it necessary to undergo surgery

Your CT SCAN is suggestive of right sided deviated nasal septum with left inferior turbinate hypertrophy with a spur. No signs of sinusitis are seen. If you do not have allergic symptoms and your nose block is severe then septoplasty surgery will give you relief. Surgeon may also perform turbinate reduction if necessary.. Since there are no medical treatment for this condition you can go ahead with surgery
