Have you tried prevention? Usually it happens when you have dust in the pillow, blanket, bed etc... Just changing the bedsheets or pillow cover will not solve the problem, you need to change it completely or put all in sunlight and beat the dust out of them and then use it... Mostly it will solve your problem without medicine... Levocet in night time for 10 days Test: S.IgE and AEC

You are prone for allergic condition.. the tablet u were taking is for allergy.. consult pulmonologist for further investigation and treatment.. meanwhile keep doing steam inhalation and drink warm liquids
