Normal or c- section
Dear Sir / Madam,
My wife is now 36 months pregnant. The baby weight is 3335 grams. Her due date is 3 Jan 2017 to 7 Jan 2017. Will she go for normal or C-section delivery for the safety of both mother and baby? Can u suggest for the best.

Is she having high sugar levels?
You should better follow up with your obstetrician as she would be aware of her complete medical history. Wish you a healthy pregnancy and baby.

It will depend whether her pelvis is adequate to deliver the baby. It will be assessed by her gynaecologist. Baby weight is likely to increase by the time she delivers, so she has more chances of operative delivery. In case she is diabetic, it will be better to do a section
