Non union of femur fracture
I have a femur fracture 15 month old .
Treatment - nail fixation at the time of fracture.
Bone grafting 9 months after
Still x-ray showso NON-UNION what to do?

We need to ascertain the cause for non union. It could be a loose nail, premature weight bearing,etc. It would be better planned by a fresh xray
