Non contraction of quadriceps muscle
My right knee quadriceps muscle does not contract as effectively as that of left one.Contraction is happening very slow Please suggest treatment and supplements

U need strengthening of the muscle so u should meet the Physiotherapist to start proper strengthening exercises and to take treatment for weakness like muscle stimulation, Dry Needling and tapping according to the Therapist diagnosis.
