Q: I am being disturbed by crowing Hens early morning in the neighborhood. I happened to visit ENT specialist and she recommended me a customised ear plug(they take a mould of both ears) Want to know if these are safe noise cancelling headsets/buds that can be used while sleeping and if it is that EFFECTIVE?
