Fluoxetine can cause sleep disturbances in some people, try avoiding taking it at night time, prefer morning dose after food. Still if sleep disturbed, you can take low dose of benzodiazepine like clonazepam or lorazepam. Also if there is problem with only initiation of sleep and you are able to maintain it well, zolpidem might be helpful. Cetrizine is an anti histaminic mainly used for allergies. It does cause sedation as a side effect but that is not its primary use. Better to consult a psychiatrist/treating doctor before starting any new medicine.
