No periods from 3 months
Hi Doctor, I’m 33 and planning pregnancy, but I haven’t had my period since Dec 10, 2024. I had taken Crina NCR + Krimson 35 earlier as prescribed and then continued PCOS supplements, Glycomet (for 7 months), Vitamin D3, B12, magnesium, and other supportive nutrients. I’ve stopped Glycomet now. My recent test showed low LH (1.19 mIU/mL), normal FSH (6.1), and borderline insulin resistance (HOMA-IR 2.49), with no ovulation signs. Yesterday, I had lower back pain and abdominal cramps — similar to my period pain — but no actual bleeding yet. I feel like my body is trying to respond but may need support to trigger a proper cycle. Could we consider starting a short course of progesterone (like Crina NCR or Meprate) to induce withdrawal bleeding and then plan ovulation support (like Letrozole) in the next cycle? I want to move forward toward pregnancy soon and get my cycles regulated. Please let me know your thoughts.

Wait for a week.  If still no bleeding do a urine pregnancy test.  If negative you can take the progesterone. As far as conceiving is concerned,  you and your partner need a thorough evaluation by an infertility specialist.

Hello Dear, first - I am very happy about the amount of awareness you have regarding your conditions. second- the immediate problem you are facing is of absence of periods and the main issue is you want to conceive. Even though I  understand that you have taken time out and done reports, I would like to know more about the timing of your reports and some other details before moving forward with any of the above said medications. This will require a proper consultation and cannot be done in question and answer session.
Next Steps
kindly consult me, either in chat form or audio or video , however you feel comfortable.
