No Period And Negative Pregnancy Test - My Last Period Was 26Th

No period and negative pregnancy test

My last period was 26th August. 14 sep to 16 sep I had bleeding it's not similar to my periods. I had breast tenderness and weakness for 4 days that's before 14 sep. I did a home preganancy urine test twice in this week but it's negative. Do I need to consult a doctor? How serious is my problem? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.
