No Natural Cycle IVF , 3cm ovarian cyst.

I find most doctor in profile added Natural Cycle Ivf( retriving egg from normal mentral cycle and grow in lab with ICSI) but nobody try to practice that in Clinic... They try only hormone injection treatment only with all side effects..(high stress,  high cost only) Why? My wife has 2time PCOS laproscopy and 2time ivf ( one normal failure embryo not formed) and other (low dose IVF)success But miscarriage twins at 5months..but now with diet and ayurvedic siddha medicines able to stop ovarian cyst growth less than 3cm after3yrs from miscarriage. Amh become normal from low. But my consulted doctors want to treat cyst ( do cyst aspiration or egg retrievel with stop menstral cycle medicine 3months)and then do transfer is suggested.. Please share your knowledge why dont they do ivf without disturbing small cyst (3cm), 3cm as big worry.. ..i checked 2doctors in native(trichy) going to consult one tomorrow Too..
