My so, age 16, height 5'8", weight 45 kg, a football player. I want him to put on some weight & improve his overall strength through proper diet & with some nutrition. Kindly advise

HELLO, TAKE HIGH PROTEIN DIET LIKE CHEESE, PANNER, SPROUTS ETC HIGH FIBROUS DIET. FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI GOOSEBERRY, BANANA OR ANY SEASONAL FRUITS. TOMATO OR ANY OTHER SOUES WITH CREAM. MILK N MILK PRODUCTS. SYRUP APLE/CIPLE TWO TEASPOON FUL BEFORE  HALF AN HOUR, IT INCREASE HUNGER, ALSO  SLIPPY SO AFTER EATING GO FOR SLEEP. O.K, BYE.
