Post traumatic scar on the cheeks and chin sometime lose the hair follicles , the root from which hair grows. If that is the situation, a hair transplant by FUE method after proper examination may help. In case there is scarring and fibrosis, medical management by intralesional steroid may help. In case meet a dermatologist.
