I am spending much time in bathroom,Motion is not coming free,it is taking time i.e its taking 20 min to complete my motion every day,please tell me ways to get motion free,not to take too much time .

Hello. You need to include fiber in your diet. Also, eat in a calm environment. Chew properly and drink sips of warm water during food. Have half a spoon of ginger juice and half a spoon of medical grade castor oil with 10ml hot water at bed time. This should help.
