I m 7m pregnent.In my first u/s no fetal poles and heart beat is found.Ialways had irregular periods with usually 1 week delay.Are there any chances of seeing fetal poles and heartbeats?

If u r 7 months pregnant, do you mean foetal heart sounds, they ought to be heard in USG, repeat in another lab
