Hi. I know this can be socially disturbing or traumatising. However, you can always tell your friends that losing hair or not having hair is an evolutionary trait of man so you are more evolved than rest of them. On another note, I would want to know of there's anything else in you to suggest poor secondary sexual characters or any hormonal deficiencies. If any doubts, you could message me on private chat. Or see a dermatologist/ endocrinologist. Also decreased hair may be a hereditary factor and also present in some races. Hope this helps.
